I need the arm and mount for the door, I have doors in my truck with new seals but someone along the way removed the actual arms and lever and mount.

All kinds of people parting trucks on the parts board. One of them would surely have them for sale. You can't post a "want to buy" unless your name is in "BLUE" (Premium Member) but if you see some for sale you can buy them.....
