Msd done

Put in my msd hei today. Had to run both heavy silver springs and only 10 deg int. advance to not get spark knock at higher rpms.

But runs really smooth now and no more squeek

Is there any thing I can do other than run better gas to be able to bring in the advance quicker with out pinging?

what all msd stuff did you get? i'm having pinging problems with my engine and i really dotn think i need to run both heavy springs.

i tried the 2 light blue ones, and a light blue and light silver one. the blue/silver combo seems to pull a lot harder, but it pings just as much.
