How about some 1200 or 1500 grit sandpaper, let it soak in water for about 20 minutes, rib that roof LIGHTLY and then buff. I bet it looks almost new or at least matches the rest of the truck. Personally I don't like to rattle can body parts cause you can tell its been rattle canned.
