Fender dust seals
Has anyone here added or replaced these seals (#1 on diagram ) are they really needed since my truck came without them?

Re: Fender dust seals
They keep dust from going up into the door jamb area. The dust cannot get past the door seal into the cab. It just helps keep the door jamb a little cleaner.

Re: Fender dust seals
I replaced them with new ones from Classic Parts when I had the doors and fenders off. Really not sure that they do much, but the old ones were in pieces and for sure didn't do anything.

Re: Fender dust seals
I probably wouldn't add them. But they are super easy to replace if the truck is apart....
