Wilwood sucks?!

I had installed the d52 calipers on my 71 blazer 4wd. I Think They work great when they work. My issue is that my one caliper seems to be partially seized. I can move the piston in with a C clamp. Then I can install it back on and step on the break, then the caliper will not release from the rotor once I release the pedal. Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks, Mike

Did you replace your rubber brake lines? Sometime they break down inside and block the fluid from returning.

I have braided lines instead of rubber. They are only about a year old. That could break down that easy? I'll try replacing them..

Now that I'm thinking of it. Everything but the Proportioning valve is about a yr old. The valve I believe might be original. Do pro valves go bad?

D52 have 2 pistons. Do both lock up or just one? If it's just one, it's only the caliper. If both, loosen the bleader screw and see if that lets the piston go back. If so, it's a fluid problem. If not, it's a caliper problem.
