new member/stalker
I have always loved these trucks, and have been stalking the forum for a while, doing my research and looking for a project truck. My dad was a mechanic and we built several cars while I was growing up, so I have better than average shade tree mechanic skills.
I have a couple good leads and will be asking for advice before, after and during the search, so thanks in advance. |

Welcome , what are you looking for , a member here may have it ? If you were closer I have a 66 Ferd 4x4 and a 69 GMC longbed but you should find something closer.

Re: new member/stalker
Going to look at a 71 shortbed tomorrow. 350, auto, runs but needs transmission work, power steering, power brakes, ac. Minimal rust, but does need some work, looks good overall. Any last minute advice on other things to look for.
