New seats

So I got new seats for my truck from out of a 69 Camaro. My question is how much lower would they sit than the stock bench seat. If they're to low I heard that I could get the bases from van bucket seats to lift them up but i am wondering if that would make them sit to high? If so than how would I get them to sit at the right height? Any help would be great appreciated.

Thanks,
Stephen

Re: New seats

The Camaro buckets are significantly shorter than the truck buckets even without the brackets installed. The van brackets might be a good solution but you may wind up building some sort of riser to mount the Camaro sliders on to get near the height you want and maintain adjust ability.
