1966 c10 Fender Support Bracket help please

I am looking for any info on the brackets and seals for the upper rear of the front fender.

Here is my pic of the part I pulled a while back that will need to be replaced along with the other fenders bracket and seal.



RocknRod from this forum had helped me track down the part on ebay that comes as a kit from the Truck Shop in Orange CA.

The kit on ebay though doesnt have the seal and comes with the upper bracket that I didnt need. Does anyone have a source for the seal? I can order the $18 bracket from the Truck Stop but when I called them they said they didnt sell the seal. Maybe the seal can be substituted for some other seal I can staple to the bracket?

I used the same material as what goes on the inner fender next to the firewall

I think that is the same seal you use to mount the inner fenders to the cab. Car and Truck shop sells it. It comes in a roll and you cut it to fit on the inner fenders and also to the bracket you have above. It has instructions that tell you how much to cut for each part.

I haven't installed it on the brackets yet on the out fenders. I will be soon though. I just sandblasted both of those brackets and painted them.

Did not get it from the truck shop but I am sure it is the same no fitment issues with it it is a pretty simple peace unless cut it too short lol
