Spindle diameter

My '68 C10 spindles have some wear on the bottom where they rest on/in the inside bearing race. The shaft was originally 1.375" and now is 1.372". In the past I've had a vehicle that had this kind of wear and it prevented me from achieving a good alignment. So, just replace them, right? But I can't find any new ones--I don't think they exist. Do used, unworn sets still exist?

I'm looking for your input on whether this is enough wear to cause an issue on these pickups. Or if you have any solutions, let me know. (Yes, I want to keep the front drums. )
