Shocks for my lifted 76
Hi,
Can someone give me suggestions on my 1976 k20 camper special with a 4" lift? Not looking for anything super special just want decent quality shocks. Thank you. |

Re: Shocks for my lifted 76
I always get Rancho RS5000 for my trucks. They aren't anything fancy, decent quality, good price and work. They do the job I want. I can't see spending big dollars on shocks for lifted trucks.

I used Bilstein 5100. Rides too harsh for my liking on all the poor roads I travel daily. Work great if the pavement is smooth.

Re: Shocks for my lifted 76
I'm not sure Rancho has options for weights for the RS5000 series. I don't pay much attention to the weights of shocks. I just buy what I like and go with it. Leaf spring trucks don't ride the best anyways.
