radiator mounting
Looking at a radiator upgrade to fix some cooling issues and Engineered Cooling Products has a very reasonable aluminum core with dual shrouded fans. Only issue is they have a disclaimer that says:
"This will not fit in trucks that use the flange mount radiator that bolts to the core support." How do I determine this? What is the alternate mounting system in '63? Big thanks for any help... |

Re: radiator mounting
`63 C10 used saddle supports, did not bolt to core support. there were two different positions thou, one for the six and one for the V8 models. This pic V8 model the two horse shoe shape brackets on the front of the frame, if it were a six they would be in a lower position. Random image not mine used for clarity.
