Truck dies when putting on brake
Truck starts and seems to run fine. I drive it for about 15 minutes and when I go to put on brake the truck acts like it wants to die. I let off brake and it seems ok. Doesn't do this before truck is warming up, mostly after its warmed up. What could be the issue....brake booster...vacuum...?

Re: Truck dies when putting on brake
Good way to check the booster is to pull the vac line off the intake, plug it, take it for a spin. No power brakes however. Let us know what you find.

Re: Truck dies when putting on brake
Looks like you have a vacuum leak that is covered up by the rich mixture when the engine is on the choke. Do what yuccales suggests and see what happens. You may have more than one vacuum leak. I bought a car awhile back to pick the bones (engine, trans, AC, etc) out of for another car, and it had vacuum leaks in several places.
