Transfer Sleeve Needed
I have a customer looking for a transfer case adaptor sleeve for the rockwell transfer case with a 4spd tranny in front of it. If you have anything please let me know.

Hey just a heads up, I talked to Randy at Blackbird's. He believes he has a couple of those sleeves, but needs to scrutinize them to be sure they are in good condition..

I have one in my hand right now. It is a psare for my 69 k20 . I am trying to get someone to make these . Extremly hard to find . Took me 3 years to find this one.

I have an extra. There are a couple of different versions. From memory I believe mine is 3 1/4" long? 10 spline. I searched for months and finally cold called a salvage yard in California and the guy happened to have a coupled rockwell/4spd with a cracked adapter and sent me the sleave for $100. OUCH!! Had to have it though. As luck would have it, my buddy with a 69 Suburban happed to ask at a farm supply store in Nebraska if they had any and they had 2 N.O.S sleaves that had been sitting on the shelf for a couple decades. He bought them both for $40 ea. To make a long story even longer...I installed the new one and I'll sell the used spare for $50 shipped. I have excellent pictures but I'm in Idaho right now and won't be back home until Tuesday. I'll even send it in the original GM box with part number. Let me know.

Just a heads up, if you have the adapter sleeve that is used between the 3 speed manual and the Rockwell T221, you can have it cut shorter and it will work. Same spline just too long. That is what I did for my K20 when I changed to a 4 speed.

I'd let you have mine as I am swapping to NP205...but the transmission end of the sleeve, along with the transmission output shaft are toast .
  You might be able to use a NP205 sleeve, but iirc the one for the Rockwell is longer and larger in diameter. I'll go outside and measure mine.

D'oh! I am retarded...I already put the NP205 adaptor and sleeve into my truck. However, the Rockwell sleeve is 3-7/32" long and a hair under 2" diameter, if that helps at all.
