Sweetk30 is right 80/81 is the swap over on the hinge and front bumper stuff.

I have an 81 for parts truck . I thought it was an 80 but just checked it is an 81. My Bad.

Another stupid question, why is there more parts in the 3/4t kit? I thought it was because there were more bolts? Is there more clearance between the cab and frame?

I cant help there as I use 81-87 frames my self . there all the same basicly . I do know 73-80 had some combo's of body bushings tho.
