Is that a inbed spare tire carrier or dog mount?
 Looks like decent truck. True weekend hauler. I bet it runs like a champ the stock looking ones usually do. (not that looks help, just no one messing with a good thing. Its hard for me to follow but sometimes "if it aint broke don't fix it")
