Welcome back. I bought my project, let’s just say “ a while ago” and started buying/stockpiling known parts, like CaptainFabs power steering plate, a complete (no crossmember) a arm to a arm off a 87 with the PS box and linkage. I’ve got 4 engines, one is a 55 V8 with three speed with OVERDRIVE. But I’m sticking to the 292 it came with but I’m ditching the 3 speed for the 3speed overdrive. You’ve got me going and I’ll start my thread soon and we’ll see how it goes. Good luck and welcome back. You got me all fired up.
