swb step beds for sale

I have 2 beds for sale they are off a 75 model chevy but I think the only difference is the fenders. you pick ,,,I'm located 10 miles south of Chattanooga,Tn or 85 miles north of hot Atlanta,Ga. . $75.00 for one or $120.00 for both.

I think there are more differences than just the fenders, but they can be made to work on our trucks. There was a member that was doing it. The 73+ beds are easier to find and in better shape then the 67-72 beds, so the mods might be well worth it. Those look really nice and solid, that would be a good base for a refit.

Besides the fenders and fender mounts, the rear cross pisece will need to be changed or modified. They hangers for the bolts are too short. You'll also need to graft a sheetmetal spacer about 2" wide to extend the front part of the be down to meet the steps.

I have most of it documented on my site if anyone needs more. Can be down, especially if you are a better welder than I am. I am on the bottom end of rsuty in my welding skills, so I think most could do it.

If you don't sell them and end up parting them out I'd like the tailgate off of the bottom one if it is in good shape.
