Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
I don't know if there is any interest in these seat bottom springs but I figured id throw it out there and see if there is. These springs are out of my 1967 k1500 swb. They are different from the deluxe seat springs.
The seat frame is not for sale. |

Re: Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
you can have them for 35. I have pay pal acccount but ill need your zip code to get price on shipping. Are you familiar with the two different spring configuration? the standard seat springs attach to the frame different than the deluxe seat. If it were up to me i would send just the springs and not the front wire. If I send the whole spring assy its very bulky. The main front wire is not the weak link its the springs themselves that break.

Re: Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
I really just need the springs as donors for a seat that i have that looks identical. I did notice a horseshoe type bar that runs across the width of the seat ( it looks like the connector between the track release pins? Mine has a wire that goes between them. Can you confirm thats what it is? Do you know if a wire was a factory option? It looks original but i dont know for sure. Is that available? I may have a attenna that might work for you per your other posting. Ill take some pics and send to you. My zip is 37027. If shipping is too high from alaska maybe i will just take a subset of what you have just to get me by. Let me know and we can work it out. Thanks

Re: Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
hunter67stepside, The linkage rod that connects the the seat tracks is not for sale just the springs. antenna mast is good idea but not long enough.if you can locate some rod material long enough you can contact me and i will give you measurements to bend one up. its suppported in the middle with a light spring attached to the frame. I will get those springs dissassembled this weekend ad let you know about shipping

Re: Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
Hey thanks. Ignore the comment about the antenna. I saw a posting from another guy from Alaska wanting a antenna. I thought it was you. I would love to get the details on that rod. Maybe you can send a sketch with dimension when you send the springs.

Re: Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
Hey flashed. I plan on getting all of the springs. The only thing that will stop me is if shipping is crazy high. Sit tight until we get the shipping quote please.

Re: Fs 1967 standard bench seat springs
Did Hunter67 or flashed end up taking the seat springs?
I can't tell where this ended up, but I'm interested in those seat springs if they are still available. Thanks!
