if youre doing all that work it may be worthwhile to swap the master cyl out for the dual system style. it is a safer system because if you blow out a rubber line or have some other hydraulic failure in the system then the whole system doesn't go down. you would still have either front or rear brakes. a single system, like stock, would drain the whole system out with a couple of pedal pumps and then you have no brakes at all except for the emergency brake. it is not that awesome.
