Leaf spring trucks use a different style bearing than the trailing arm trucks.

The 69 has coils on it. Problem is someone put a heavy duty granny low 4 speed in it and had to use the heavier driveshaft. This made it to where I had to try and guess what was put in this thing. My 68 GMC has 6 lugs and 9 leafs on each side. But it takes the 30mm bearing no problem.
