how much will 33 rub
How much will 33 rub on our trucks with out a lift kit and not wheeling to hard? Thinkin they look alot better with something in the wheel well and wont be lifting it for a few years.

NONE.
I run stock suspension on my 71 Blazer with 33" all terain tires (they actually measure 32.5") on 15"X8" ralley rims and have flexed out my truck as much as it will with stock suspension.It has not rubbed anywhere.  Here's the other side.The rear is stuffed pretty good but it didn't rub.

I have 33x12.50x15LTs on 10" rims on my '71 Jimmy, stock stance and no problem. I used to have a '67 K/10 Sub w/ 33x12.50x15LTs on 15" x8" rims and sometimes the rear tires would rub in the wheelwells, especially when driving in the mountains with a big load. Also when I tried the Jimmy's tires (on 15"x10" rims) on the Sub, the front tires rubbed real bad and jammed in the wheelwells. In conclusion, the Sub needs a lift as well as a lot of other stuff to get it running again. LOL.

33's
33's look great on a stock blazer but I didn't have the same luck as the other's
 at a local RV/Snow machine dealers place, everytime I pulled out of his driveway (right and up) my passenger side tire hit the lower portion of the right fender. I was running 10 inch wheels...maybe the offset was causing it?  Otherwise no real problems running 33's. Yep, BobbyK...nice to see a different color  I'd say the 8" ralley's are the way to go w/33's.

i run a 33-12.5-15 on an 8in rim and i have no lift,it has never rubbed...
go with and 8in and i think you`ll be fine. jamie
