So... My turn signals work, but only when the headlights are on. My brake lights and parking lights don't work at all. When the headlights are off, the turn signal flasher still sends juice to the bulb, but only enough to barely light it up (not visible through the lens).

Any thoughts? Could be my headlight switch?

Could possibly be your turn signal switch. I put a brand new harness(factory) in my 63 GMC(everything but the turn signal switch) and had no brake lights or turn signals. Put a new one in and everything works. Your front park lights won't come on if the headlights are on. Hope that helps.
