1989 3/4 Burb Fuel Tank Ground

The gas gauge on my 89 has gone nuts. The needle is halfway around the gauge, way past the limits. It worked fine, until one day it just registered off the chart. In my experience, that usually means a bad ground.

Where is the ground located? This is a 454 with 37 or 38 gallon fuel tank.
