JD Blitz Black on chassis...anyone?

As the title states...Has/does anyone use John Deere Blitz Black on their frames? Im ready for paint. its stripped down to bare metal, absolutely no rust anywhere..Im looking for a satin like black for the frame...anyone use JDBB for this application? and can you use it direct to metal or do you need to prime? if so, what primer is needed?

Tks

Have you considered SPI Black Epoxy primer?

Does it have to be top coated since its a "primer" or can you spray and leave as is..

Re: JD Blitz Black on chassis...anyone?

Go ahead and browse around their site and forums. But I'm pretty sure because it's an epoxy, it doesn't need a topcoat.
I'll also do some more reading up on it, and post back. But from my previous research, I had planned on using it for a driving restoration because of what I had read about its durability.

Another thing to consider is gas and oil resistance.
