Horn needs fixing...
At board suggestions I replaced the horn relay. Put power to the horns(2) themselfs but only one works. Do they both need to work to complete the circuit? I have a grant steering wheel and everythings there. I need some troubleshooting suggestions....thanks.

no they dont both have to work to complete a circuit, first thin to do is unbolt both from the rad support and take sandpaper to the mountin surfaces to assure the proper ground
the next thing is GRANT STEERING WHEELS=HORN DON'T WORK in about 95.37294%of the time

I will check the horn grounds. It is more than the steering wheel as I can ground the wire and get nothing.

Some horn basics - in case you don't already know .
Steering wheel horn button sends ground to the horn relay, which you can hear clicking as it operates & releases. Horn relay sends 12vdc to horns, which will work if (a) they are good, and (b) they have a good ground - via the mounting bolt, to frame ground.

there is a set screw on the horns themselves you can turn the screw clockwise to make the contacts work inside again, chances are the ground wire is broken off in the column, ground out the relay and see if they honk, then you will know where the problem lies
