I replaced the Eaton in my 66 C30 with one from a SRW 1990 model (I think). Bolted right in but I had to modify the drive shaft. As for the wheels, all you really need to do is find a set of hubs off of a DRW 14 bolt and swap them out on your 14 bolt. That will move the wheels in 2" per side. Thats what I did. You can find them in a junk yard or look on Hollander website. I paid about $200 for mine.
