A new C30 and a part I've never seen

Ive been looking for a regular cab dually for work and havent had much luck so I picked up this srw that I'm going to convert to dually. When I was lowering it I found this bracket bolted to the drivers LCA. It was bolted on the the factory bump stop. Any idea what its for?

Subscribed....mine doesn't have that part either, but I'm curious as to how the truck drives at that ride height, and if it's not notched, how close the axle is to the frame.

Re: A new C30 and a part I've never seen

Still have the SPID in the glove box or on the fender? Look for F42...that is "H.D. FRT SUSP" No idea what all comprises it, but I found it in the parts catalog.

Interesting, the shaft kit for the LCA's is L/R specific and different than a regular C/R30.

That is the key with the code to activate the Stargate. That's why there is no information online about it.

Very interesting. How would these be installed?
It's cool to see these odd parts and I wonder if it really worked.
