Small Block Decoding Help

You guys have been tremendous in all the help i have gotten here. I know this has probably been beat to death but I need help deconding a motor
I am looking at buying this truck and it has a non original motor. He said he thought it came out of a 1979 Full size chevy and he thought it was a 400CU
Here goes. The number below the head is T07DUC 19S314669
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Question Engine Code

Thanks John. If I am reading this right the DUC says it is either a 1979 or 83 350 170 HP. Does that sound right ?

It is not uncommon to have a suffix code used for more than one year. If you check your block casting date you can determine which year it is.
