Anyone can cut it, the hard part is welding the yoke back on straight and balancing it
! I've had good experiences using heavy duty/semi-truck shops for this type of thing. What part of Texas are you in? That may help us out a little. I lived in Dallas for a long time before moving to AR, lots of good shops around there.
