1987 r-10 / c-10 engine wiring help ?

i am looking for a diagram for the 1987 c-10 305/700r4 at the big plug on the firewall .

i am trying to separate the tbi harness from the gauge/starter wires .

since i am going holley sniper and dont need the massive tbi wire pack anymore .

here is what i got to figure out .

pink / black tracer - goes to main tbi harness .
-----
purple / white tracer - goes to main tbi harness .
-----
solid lt brown - goes to tbi main harness . and no not the alt wire i got that one .
-----
tan / black tracer - goes to tbi main harness
-----
BIG pink - it goes to TBI coil plug . so i think its key hot and crank . ?
-----
tan / white tracer - this is on the 2 wire oil pressure sensor top of engine behind intake .
-----
orange - this also is on the 2 wire oil pressure sensor top of engine behind intake .
-----
light purple - its going to the 700r4 trans plug .
-----

just to be clear i have the common known oil pressure gauge single wire . its light tan/orangish .

all ends were labeled before i pulled this from the engine . as i had un-pluged the main harness at the firewall block when body was pulled .

already found that in search . but its for hei big cap dist and carb .

not going to work for the tbi stuff .

but i said screw it and cut them off but left a good length on both sides . capped the ends and left a few out for tie in feeds .

looks like there mostly power lines from the fuse box out .

Keep all reds (12v constant) and pink (12v switched) and purple (starter).
Tan-oil press
Dk Green-temp sensor

You can prolly see not to cut the wiper motor wires

Everything else, cut and put heat shrink over. That's how I did mine.

I parted a 87 gmc and every wire coming thru the fire wall behind the pass head is not needed . You can remove that complete harness inside and out of the cab . It is a independent harness for the tbi system . Has nothing to do with the starter wire and other electrical to make your truck work . All of those wires comes from behind the drivers side fuse panel beside the steering column .

Correct above. Don't get rid of any of the wires on the fuse box plug, those control the starter, wipers, oil pressure switch, fuel pumps. They have nothing to do with the TBI. That harness is on the passenger side above the passenger exhaust manifold. You should be able to pull that harness and plug that opening.

I've been looking, I have hard copies but only for 1980 so that won't help you (since no TBI).

Does this help?
