I need 12 bolt rearend measurement

Any one have there rearend out , I need the measurment where the spring pads are. Leaf spring centerline to leaf spring centerline or a chart online , I did find one online but not sure . https://amulettejewelry.com/chevy-tr...ar-end-widths/

If the 12bolt is out of a square, it'll have the same spring to spring pad to pad as the 10bolt. Assuming you have a 10bolt now. Uses the same 11x2 drums and shoes as the 10bolt.

I,m trying to pre-fab a ford 9 inch. I thought if I have the measurements I could tac it in place and then check for pinion angle. I don,t have help to hold this ,do that and weld at the same time. if I get it tacked in ,check everything then I can take it out to get welded . Is not a race truck just a summer Blazer. It has a 12 bolt now but I have all the stuff for a 9 inch then I can rebuild the 12 bolt for my short box .

42-3/8 center to center of spring pads. From my 81 C10

Thanks ,the chart says 43.2 but I don,t understand when it says A body, sounds like dodge stuff but says chev truck specs. Oh well

I measured my spare 1/2 & 3/4 ton rears at 42.5" center of spring pins and my 1 ton rears at 40.5"
