Removing slider windows
So I have a set of slider frames with glass in them out of a Burb. I need to remove the glass without tweaking or bending the frames so I can install the glass into my Burb.
What is the easy tip ? There always is an easy tip.....

Re: Removing slider windows
If you are talking about the whole unit, you remove the interior trim then a few bolts that go thru tabs that attach to the body. then remove the whole thing from the truck. then lay the frame flat with the non sliding section down and spread the frame to remove the sliding section. the '63 shop manual covers the side windows, also i found utube videos, i think steele rubber has some instructions on their site.
hope this helps. good luck, i redid all my side windows this summer, it was time consuming work, but well worth it.
