Resto mod 69 C10 pics

Here's the 69 C10 I bought in 1989 and gave to my son a few years ago. He recently had it restored by S&S Motorsports in Sarasota FL.

Bed floor and entire underside of bed was done in LINE-X. They even replaced the drip rails. I really like the black inner grille and the LED taillights and side markers. As a surprise to my son they pulled the 350 engine I built many years ago, then cleaned and painted it and the engine bay. Those guys are a class act!

1982 C10 SWB -- sold
1981 C10 Silverado LWB -- sold, but wish I still had it!
1969 C10 (not the current one) that I bought in the early 1980s. Paid $1200; sold for $1500 a few years later. Just a hint at the appreciation that was coming.
Retired as a factory automation products salesman.
Worked part-time over the years for an engine builder and a classic car repair shop.

Thanks. He also had my initials painted on the door. How cool is that?
