Help w/door beaded window seals (anti-rattles)

Are there any tricks to removing and replacing the door beaded window seals (fuzzy on the inside of the window, rubber on the outside)? I just got a complete set for my Burb, and did one of the doors yesterday. I used needlenose pliers and a screwdriver to get them out, and tapped the new ones in with a small screwdriver and hammer. This took awhile, so is there an easier way?

try rolling the window down first....sorry, I didn't want someone else to beat me to that one ....seriously, that's the same way i did mine---helps if you have a helper to keep pressure on them against the door and then you just tap them down as you go and it should pop right in in no time.....
