1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
I came to the conclusion that I was not totally happy with the ride and braking of the stock suspension and decided to perform some upgrades.

I am missing a security token, sent a message to the administrator to see how to fix it. Will not allow me to post photos at this time.

Re: 1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
Usually that happens when your pics are too big or too many. Try reducing size or post no more than two at a time

Nice. Which kit are you using?

Re: 1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
I chose QA1 because I did not feel like removing the cross member.

Thanks Gringoloco. I tried posting four photos instead of five and the security token did not block me.

Re: 1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
Why the switch back to the stock trailing arm cross member? Something you didn't like about the pol version. Just curious.

Re: 1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
POL cross member is flat and the rear control arm brackets are angled.
Stock cross member is angled and the brackets are straight. Since I am going to a TCI rear coil over kit I noticed their rear control arm brackets are straight and had to go back to a stock cross member. |

Re: 1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
Very cool. Are you having to modify the upper coilover mounts to work with your 4wd frame?

Re: 1972 Blazer Coil Spring Suspension
I am in the process of having a custom set of C-Notch plates made with upper coil over mounts. I will update the thread when they arrive and I begin to install them.
