Re: 65 fuel system
I used Tank INC universal fuel tank which fit almost perfect. I had to grind a wee bit on one side to allow it to drop in. I also used there fuel lines. If i had to do it all over again Tank INC makes a early mustang tank that I think would fit also.

Re: 65 fuel system
I used a Boyd's tank. Bought everything from Pro Performance. Get the tank, aeromotive pump, and regulator with hose all at one time. There are other tanks, LMC has one, Brothers offers a tank, CPP, and a few others. That is if you want a rear, under bed tank. I have no clue what is available for OEM location with pump and so forth.

Re: 65 fuel system
Thanks. I think I’m gonna go with rear under bed. It’s looking like I might use lmc kit. A long with walbro 255 inline pump. I think that might be a good low budget set up.

Re: 65 fuel system
If you have room under the bed, a Blazer tank (with built in pan) can be had for around $100. Sending unit $80, AC delco fuel pump $40, Corvette filter regulator $50 (if needed). Run some fuel lines and go!
