Question will a two-wheel drive front end fit on a FWD frame ?

Hey.........does anyone know if a complete front two-wheel drive cross-member will fit on a four-wheel drive frame? Both frames are 1-ton crewcab dually. And also... are they different year to year ?

Thanks for your input. brad moore.

If the years are close yes you can bolt the 2wd subframe to the 4wd frame but it is involved with a bit of drilling. I have seen it done several times. BTW will that 4wd front end be for sale?

Thanks..............

The front end is long gone. That's why he's giving the frame...because he already removed all the FWD parts.

Thanks again. brad moore.

I hope that was for a D60 then it would be a good price. A really good price. D60 is $1200 on average. If that was for a stock D44 or 10...that was high. There are several 10 front 12 rear combos for sale on various boards right now for around $600 and under. There is 3 sets on Pirate a coupe sets on Tennesseoffroad, couple on Ck5.
