someone please decode my engine

this is the number on front of my passenger side cylinder head. its sooo hard to read the second letter on it i THINK it goes

CEA 196395

or

CLA 196395


by these two can you figure out what year the thing is ? what are the 196395 mean? thanks someone please help ive tried like every site

These are from Nasty Z-28 website. I think the 196395 is a partial VIN for the vehicle this engine was in originally.

alright got the number off the back of the block and its 3970010 so it says its a 350, i got scared when i saw 305. I bought the motor and the guy said it was a 383 stroker, it does have a 400 bottom end i can see
