1963 Panoramic View slider back to one piece?

Question for those who know, I’m looking at possibly purchasing a ‘63 C10 with what I think is an aftermarket split sliding rear window. Clearly these weren’t an option in 1963? So my question is, were any cuts made to the rear sheet metal to accommodate these aftermarket split windows? Or can I easily replace the split for a stock one piece glass window again?
I’ll add some pics for demonstration these aren’t my trucks.

In all my literature there is no mention of a Chevrolet approved Panoramic View sliding rear window. ( thank you for using the correct terminology )
If you look through the 63 Silver Book there is mention of several recommended outsource suppliers of sliding windows.
Years ago I called Barber Glass in Oklahoma City and he made me a slider for a small back window. I asked if he could make one for a Panoramic View and he said he could make one for any opening. I later saw a Panoramic slider on a Utility truck near Fargo Nd. It was made of the same extrusions of rubber that the small slider from Barber was using.
Both sizes used only 2 panes of glass like the Chevrolet Approved small version.

Is the inside panel cut as well as the exterior? pictures would certainly help.
Canadian or American built?

Thanks for the reply. I don’t have any other pics of the truck pertaining to the rear window and I haven’t been to see it in person yet. The first pic is from the ad online for the truck I’m interested in. I like the wrap around front windshield and the panoramic view rear window the “his n hers” dash and the curves of the inner door skins of these early trucks. Just what I like in these old trucks.
As far as cuts made inside or out, I don’t know as I haven’t seen it in person, and when I txt the owner he didn’t seem to know. I’m just looking for some answers before I waste his time or mine to view the truck in person.

So what I want to know is if I did buy this one with the split rear window, Would it be pretty straight forward to swap it back to an original all glass piece? As I don’t want the split rear window.

The inner panel would be easier to fix than the exterior panel is so is required.
It does have the CUSTOM trim plate in the picture , perhaps more optioned equipment.
There is a yard in Cardinal Ont. that has a C60 with a Panoramic panel intact. We would need to see under the rubber if at lest a 1/4" remains of the outer rear skin then you'd be OK. From the picture it looks like there is enough. I have an extra Panoramic glass if you need one.

Mine had one when I bought it and dont see any evidence of cuts inside or outside.
