small block to big block mounts
When changing small block to big block are the towers different?
And do they need to be moved on the frame up or back?

yes are different and 68-71 ones are not same as 72 ones
and put them wherever you need them to be, its up to you,. |

Short or long pump
I have 72 mounts that I'm going to use. What pump do I use long or short and what the differance , besides one being longer.

towers on frame
So it doesn't matter if the towers are placed in the front holes or back holes.? The motor will fit and clear front to back?
