i would say, just get it and save it ( depending on the price and if you are interested in it )
throw it to the side ( what is a few more months of sitting till you get to it, its obvious sat a lot longer than that ) once the the project is over ( as the garage is finished ), you can roll it in \ half the time i have noticed, its searching for a project ( near by and at a decent price ), imo
