WTB Throttle tag, retaining nut, deluxe knob

I'm working on a 72K5. The PO installed a new instrument cluster and left the manual factory throttle cable under the dash, still hooked up to the pedal, rather than drilling a hole in the cluster and reinstalling it.

I'd like to reinstall the factory manual throttle and need 3 parts.

1) Plastice throttle tab that goes on the cluster.
2) Deluxe manual throttle knob.
3) Chrome retaining nut.

Thanks for your help.
