VSS/Dakota Digital
This fit several topics so I put it here for greatest response.
I want to install the DD VHX instrument panel. I have already had the 205 modified by ORD to use the 40 ppr vss. Dakota says their guages work with any output of 2k ppm or greater. Anybody know the conversion from ppr to ppm? Why's it always complicated! |

Re: VSS/Dakota Digital
Once you have the gauges installed and working it's easy to calibrate the speed, Probably not too critical what your ppr is.
The calibration is easily adjusted up or down after the initial calibration |

Re: VSS/Dakota Digital
Just like what the other guys said, it's easy once you get the truck moving. I think there are like 3 ways to set the speedo, and then there is also another function for you to fine tune the speed.
