There is no such thing as an off the shelf 0-90ohm fuel sending unit for an in cab '60-'66 fuel tank. I assume that your new instrument cluster is not an original style cluster? If so, what about changing the fuel gauge to a 0-30ohm gauge? The other option would be to see if member Vin63 would be willing to make you a custom sending unit.
