the gas filler is in the back drivers side corner of the bed, i need to find a proper filler for it, right now there is an oil cap plugging the filler hose. it fits snug in the hole but id like something proper

NIce looking truck,, Looked just like mine when I first got it, it came with the Rallyes painted black. But yours is certainly just a tad nicer looking.

Looks awesome Derek.

What kind of taillights did you use and are they frenched? I can't tell, my depth perception must be off. I have a set of taillights from the 55-57 trucks that I want to french into mine. I hope they will look as good as yours.
Also, what kind of drop is that? Is it a 2in front and standard rear?

Thanks for the pics and ideas

spencra-they are just cheapo grote tail lights, i think i paid less then 10 bucks for the pair! no they arent frenched, just mounted to the front side of the rear stake pockets, ill get some better pics for you in the next day or 2 if you want...and about the stance, honestly im not sure exactly how much it is lowered, i think around 2-3 in the front and maybe 2 in the rear, i dont know because that frame isnt original, my truck started life as a long box fleetside, then we got that frame and the front allready had coils in it i didnt ask the previous owner how much of a drop it was, and i picked up some drop shackles for the back that gave me an inch and a half or so, when i get a chance ill measure from the center of the wheel to the edge of the fender well, i think thats what guys do to determine their drop, just get the stock measurement and find out the difference

its a 21 gallon blazer conversion tank, its poly , we thought it might be a good idea to make a skid plate for it, i think it could be about 3 inches higher but i didnt remove the cross sill thats above it in the box, i can live with the tank right now but maybe next year ill get a nice aluminum feul cell for it
