Taking apart a short box

I just want to make sure before I buy this short box of this guy.... all the panels on a short bed fleet side unbolt so I can just bolt on a new panel that’s dented with out cutting and welding? I’m going to cut my lwb 70 down to a Swb and about to guy this bed off this guy but I needs a new driver side in the bed...

They do unbolt but there is a stitch weld near the rear on each side to grind out .

The weld is right next to the rear stake pocket, I'd suggest reselling it!!

It is in the corner of the bed stake pocket at the bed floor on each side , can be ground out with an 4" angle grinder . With all the bolts back in place I would not worry about rewelding it .

Its a small weld you might see when dropping the tail gate. It may have cracked after all these years. If you don't see it when you get all the bolts out, the back corner might seem stuck but its probably the weld.
