1967-72 4x4 with 6 lift -35s or 37s?
Hey anyone got pics of 67-72 trucks with 6 lift with 35s or 37s? Im trying to get an idea of what my truck may look like with either tire. Ive seen lots of trucks with 35s but I havent seen many with 37s.

Re: 1967-72 4x4 with 6 lift -35s or 37s?
37" is tight on these trucks with 6" lift. 35" is tight with 4". I had 37/12.50-16.5s on 8.25" wheels I was planning to run on my '72 K2500 with 6" lift. I think that would have worked but rubbed a little. I sold that stuff and got a 4" lift to mount 35/12.50s on 9.75" wheels. The tires ended up being too old so I went with 285/75-16s, smaller than what you want. The 35s would rub with the wider wheels. I think 8" would be fine
35/12.50-16s on 10" wheels with 6" lift 35/12.50-16.5s on 9.75" wheels with 4" lift 37/13-15s on 8" wheels with 7" lift. Never rubbed

Lift height claims by companies vary so much. Hard to believe there's only a 2" difference between Beadblaster's 6" lift with 37s and my old truck with 4" lift and 37s (and cut fenders/bed). Those are 15" wheels, if you are sighting the body with the top of wheel.

Re: 1967-72 4x4 with 6 lift -35s or 37s?
My truck does not have a consumer built lift kit. The springs are atlas progressive springs, fronts are 52 with 6 of lift while the rear are 64 with 4 lift and a shackle flip. The front springs have come down a bit with the weight of the engine ect. Probably 1 height difference from front to rear. The rims are a 17x8 with 4 backspace
