Those two ports go to your intake tube, like stock, but it doesnt matter if you tee them together like you have them, as long as they arent under vacuum, so put them before the throttle blade. The vacuum side of the pcv system comes out by the front of the cam and runs up to the middle of the drivers side of the intake.
