Being in a hurry , bad idea !

My truck frame had been awaiting new brake lines , engine & drive line. I had the brake lines sitting on the shelf just waiting for installation and way before my beautiful crate engine and headers showed up..

But I could’nt wait the get the engine set in place headers and all. Got it in , fired up and was a happy camper . That is until I remembered I still needed to install the brake lines, so I have been under the truck rather than above it .
Takes a heck of a lot longer to put them in when everything is in your way.
2 - frustrating days later , there in .

I know , I am not the only one to have ever done this , am I ?

Hi, perhaps we are related. :-) I have a list of things that I should have done when the engine was out. The list is so long that I plan to just pull the engine out and work comfortably, and then put the engine back in.

Yea , some times you wonder. . I’m thankful it was just brake lines. By the way my cab is off too , so it was doubly easy !
