Re: A few cheap ashtrays

I will take the ochre tray for $12.
When u say ate up ... you mean rusted thru? I don't smoke just want to cover the hole. Is the face good and straight? Is it for the plastic type?

Straight yes, slider type yes, slides perfectly smooth, here are better picture of what I meant by eat up, previous owner was definitely a smoker.

I see your payment but slightly confused. It’s listed for $12 and you even said will take for $12. But then said $15 and sent $15. You want the ochre tray only correct?

Re: A few cheap ashtrays

so you know theres three different types of ashtrays for out era trucks,
* 67 only, meaning no ball bearing and the housing is tacked on the dash. (harder to pull out unless you grease the glides)
*68-71 style, with the ball bearing glides
* 72 only which has the plastic glides.
hope this helps

I do as I have a ball bearing in my daily driver, all mine listed are sliders and both the cabs the brackets are coming out of are 72

Just let me know if you have a preference on which of the black ones you want. The one to the left or right of the orange one? In the first two pictures.

Re: A few cheap ashtrays

Hey,

Thanks for the note and I just sent the 18.00 for the tray and bracket. If you run across a ‘72 glovebox lid, prefer the dark green, keep me in mind. If you find a green interior I need the green clips for the visors.

Thanks

Todd

Thank you. I’ll get it out in a little bit and upload the tracking to paypal
